第六點：取消或放寬國際交通禁令，因爲這些禁令沒有提供附加值，並繼續造成成員國的經濟和社會壓力。

第七點：鑑於全球範圍內COVID-19疫苗的供應有限且分配不均，不再要求將COVID-19疫苗接種證明作爲允許國際旅行的唯一途徑或條件。
